WHERE: Tilton House: www.tiltonhouse.co.uk
Nestled underneath the South Downs and edged by woodland with far reaching views across the Sussex Weald, Tilton House sits impressively in the natural landscape. The Georgian country house was once home to economist John Maynard Keynes and ballerina Lydia Lopokova as their retreat for contemplation and calm. In the neighbouring field, sits Charleston, the country retreat of the Bloomsbury set. Tilton House is a magical, creative and healing place.
What people are saying about the last Big Life Retreat:
A bootcamp for the soul! I found the whole experience deeply powerful and profoundly moving. I loved how each element of the two days dovetailed so neatly into all the other bits creating a multi-layered experience. It's definitely the best workshop I've been on this year by a long way.
Anita Chaudhuri, features editor for Psychologies magazine
A really inspirational and relaxing weekend with great food!
Karen Knight, www.hypnobabes.co.uk
A wonderful weekend in the company of inspiring ladies; meditation, yoga, coaching and hypnotherapy next to crackling fires, watching swans walk across the lawn!
Rosemary Cunningham www.rosemarycunningham.co.uk
Life changing, incredibly enjoyable, everyone should do it. The best value for the cost imaginable.
